THE PATH IS THE GOAL

I founded Lumira Collaborative to integrate the personal and professional experiences that have shaped my work in mental health and recovery. With a psychology degree from UCLA and nearly two decades in residential care, clinical research, case management, and business development, I’ve seen how clarity, compassion, and collaboration can truly change lives.
My background includes contributing to autism research and intervention at UCLA, where I became ABA-trained and certified as a PEERS Provider—implementing evidence-based social skills programs for teens and young adults on the autism spectrum. I also supported adoptive families through transition and attachment work, deepening my belief that healing thrives in connection and community.
Seventeen years in recovery have grounded my approach and strengthened my commitment to supporting others navigating mental health and substance use challenges. Alongside case management and mentorship, I offer coaching and companioning that provide structure, accountability, and encouragement for lasting stability and growth.
Over the years, I’ve partnered with treatment centers, hospitals, and community providers across California—building programs, expanding access to care, and guiding clients and families through times of change. Lumira Collaborative grew from this journey: a space where clinical insight, professional experience, and lived wisdom come together to help people find resilience, clarity, and purpose.
